We spent our Easter enjoying a wonderful 2-hour ride with Horses in the City in Versailles, and we truly loved every moment of the experience.

Everything was perfectly organized and went exactly as agreed in advance. The booking process was simple, and communication was clear and efficient from the start.

The horses were reliable, well-trained, and in excellent overall condition—forward-going and an absolute pleasure to ride. It was clear they are well cared for and thoughtfully matched to riders.

A special thank you to Cami, who was a fantastic guide. Communication in English was smooth and effortless, and she created a warm, relaxed atmosphere throughout the ride. She generously shared her knowledge, and we genuinely learned something new despite having many years of experience in riding and working with horses.

I really enjoyed my ride with "horse in the City". It was a cold November day at Versailles but it was enjoyable. My horse had lots of energy and little effort was needed to canter. It can be a little tough to find the start in the garden but ask for a pin drop on the location.

I went to horse in the city for my marriage proposal - it's my girlfriend's dream to be proposed by a guy riding a horse - and they were able to make this come true!

I was able to plan in great detail, from the place, the time, and the path. They helped coordinate with my photographer so that the surprise proposal would go well.

For the day itself, Camille was awesome! She quickly showed me how to ride and control the horse. My horse, Django, was super nice and obedient. I'm not an experienced rider so it was a relief!

We rode through the back area of the palace park grounds, and Camille was patient enough to wait with me while my now fiance's family and friends guided her to the surprise spot. I then rode and surprised her for an unforgettable surprise!

Totally recommend this experience, they are willing to tailor it to you, the horses are super well trained, and the scenery of Versailles just takes it from great to absolutely unforgettable.
